I'd suggest bringing that down a bit, I could see loads of polygons you could reduce, try getting it somewhere around 6.5k

I've double checked since I got the old file back, and we (my friend helped convert it from sketchup to 3ds) and we got the total down to 5057. If you're interested in finishing it up, I can send ya the file. I think there was like 1-2 things left that needed to be modeled in but that wouldn't be to hard, relatively fast, actually. Just the bullets in the cylinder. They don't have to be removable, you change out entire cylinders (kind of like the Diamondback from Dues Ex: HR) to reload.
(If you're curious as to why my friend didn't help me finish working on it, he's does a lot of his own stuff on 2nd life and....yeah...)

I know this is a really quick shitty simple model, i made it quickly to see if it would look right in game and it didn't really fit, it's seems a little too big too, but if you want hats to fit on it then i can't shrink it anymore. Also i'm extremely tired so forgive the overall bad design.

Well Someone was working on the mask before but he stopped because his TF2 kept crashing for him. Maybe I should send you an image on how he did his. though the eyes on yours fit more to the concept than the eyes on his. I'll also post the side view which shows that the mask has more of his default gasmask shape.

Oh, that's fine. That's just my style, no worries about that. Trained myself in the comic book style, and I just whipped that up in 15 minutes. And the head is meant to be white (paintable).
