Also another idea for this: Medic grabs Archimedes by the body and proceeds to point directly in front of him, then starts humping Archimedes, implying that he's going to fuck whoever he's pointing at. God, I wish I could animate. I'd make some of the most fucked up taunts imaginable :v:

Oh we're posting wips of taunts are we? Well here's a really early wip of the backscratcher taunt someone mentioned a while back. I still dont know if it should straight out kill them, stun then kill them, or just stun. My only complaint now would be the foot movment at the end. Rather then move the foot twice at the end, just do it once when returning the right foot to the default position. Also, I wouldn't have the medic stomp in order to return the foot. Just do something gradually and subtle.

Boy, was I wrong. You completely managed to do it in an awesome manner. It doesn't feel like there's a lot of movement and little time to do them as it kinda was before. It has the same feel of the Meet the Medic taunt. Of course my original idea was to have Medic calling Archimedes just to strike a pose while saying a taunt line to an enemy, but at this point I would love it just being a cute taunt as it is. I think it won't even need lines if Medic just whisper something to Archimedes like he does in the MvM trailer, which is a good thing, since we don't know if Valve will allow custom lines to workshop taunts.
Can anybody direct me to a tutorial on converting SFM animations into a usable, testable, ingame format? I've figured out how to decompile *class*_animations.mdl, but I don't know how to convert my animation to a .smd, or how to recompile it. Any help is appreciated.

Blender's AO bakes tend to suck a bit. Would look even better
