Almost perfect, but I would make the Medic sightly "launch" Archimedes when putting his arm up. I mean, instead of keeping it up till the dove starts flying, sigtly impulse it (moves the arm a bit down and the gently but quickly a bit upwards and Archimedes goes away). I hope you understand what I try to say. Anyways looks much much better now.

The "winning" pose could be more maniacal, more mad, like when pyro wins in the new "rock scissors paper" taunt. Clawed hands and evil laugh to the sky, ya know. Also the falling pace of the rack and the scout seems a bit odd and slow, not natural. I would also (if i could) make the head's moves more casual and cartoonish, looking to one side fluidly and the turning his head quickly to the other side, in excitement, like a little kid. I hope I could help but I can just try explaining these ideas. Great job anyways. I would buy it for sure.

There isn't really too much difference between the two IMO. If you use the right settings when you're adding it over your texture it'll look just fine.

None of those programs are any better for AO bakes than the rest. If a bake from Blender looks worse than one from 3ds Max, it's only because of the settings used to make it.
