Being Danish I am obligated to love anything Viking related. However, there is some room for improvements, in my opinion;
1) The colour of the horns feels too clean and oversaturated. The colour and texture would look better if it was a bit more creamy and worn like it is on the tyrant's helm(The Tyrant's horns is pretty white as well, an even more creamy colour would be better, imo).
2) Likewise, the paintjob feels too clean and intact as well. Old relic helmets in TF2 tend to have their paint textures worn in the edges, which makes sense and adds some visual interrest. Examples would be not only the Tyrant's helmet, but other relics like the Killer's Kabuto.
3) With these large and tall horns, they could do with some more visual interrest toward the top as well. One option is making them black near the end, like the Tyrant's Helmet. However, you might not want it to be too much like the Tyrant's, so another option could be adding metal duds/bulbs. Those could be shaped like the horns, or could be those round ball duds, so you don't poke an eye out(Which would add some irony to the helmet as well, being Demoman lost an eye already). You shouldnt really texture with blender's viewport shading, you should mostly preview your textures in blender's fullbright mode or in the importer/hlmv, blender's viewport shading doesnt give you a good representation of how it'll look like ingame

If you cannot undo back to a point before the flexes messed up, you're either going to have to reimport the dmx/vta (hope you exported already) or you have to delete all the flexes, do the LOD's, then reflex, which will suck.
Flexes are disabled after the first LOD anyway so there's that at least.

If this was a Pyroland item, I'd just make the whole suit happy and fun.
IMO the shotgun should be more Dr. Seuss-esque.. Like, instead of a black pump, make it more like a trombone slide. Maybe make the stock brass with a butt attached by a Rainbow-colored spring. I tried googling Dr. Seuss machines, but all that came up were things with hands sticking out of them.

You dont need to reflex, flexes transfers from 1st lod to others automatically while importing.
