I'd advise getting an actual book model, that opens and has pages and stuff. Don't know if you were planning to do that later, or just don't do models or something, but I doubt it would get into the game without a book model. Nonetheless, great animation.

It's odd that heavy would place the chair infront of him and then walk around to sit on it as opposed to just placing a chair behind him.
Would make the taunt more practical as well, given that you would be reading where you actually taunted instead of reading a meter or so in front of where you taunted.

So, now to the content of the mod. The main use for it would be making performance better for potato-computers(like mine), but as a minus side making the game look [I]ugly as hell.[/I]
So what should it contain?
[B]1. [U]Really simple character and weapon models.[/U][/B]
This is a direction giving example of Heavy:

Apparently it only improves performance if you go into tf_misc_dir etc, and replace the base models themselves.

I don't know how to describe this, the dreadlocks look too neat. they all look like they're in a line, but they should be in a more random formation. hope that helped.
