The one exception I've found so far is the disguise kit's alternate Spycrab taunt animation, where it clips through above where it ought to be, but it's not that noticeable and that particular taunt animation is pretty rarely used. An unrelated thought - would it be remotely possible to make this compatible with the Deus Specs, somehow?

Well it's only a wip so I don't see a huge problem with it atm. There's always room for improvements.
