scout and medic shirts are claimed.
Wow, it looks much better! Thanks a lot. By the way, would you also redraw for me another sketch of mine? I'd really appreciate it!
Sure, just send a pm.
So I'm working on a new "revolver" for the Spy

Flintlocks can only fire once (at least this one in particular, since it's based on the model of those "duel" flintlocks), then again the Soldier can fit multiple rockets in his weapons. I'm sure the Spy can figure out something.
Kinda looks like it's made out of clay as of now

Because there are no textures yet? I'm pretty sure that any model without textures looks like it's made out of clay.
I am currently unwrapping the UV

the trigger part seems very flimsy and the wooden part seems very thick

Maybe try to make hybrid between flintlock and revolver? Sure, it won't be accurate but you'll at least won't have to get new animations.

That's what the proportions are supposed to be.

I bought one of these replicas and am using it for my model.

the edges seem pudgier on the model such as the bottom end of it
it's a great model mind you and just needs a texture/normal map to put it in a judgable state but i was just saying
I felt inspired to do my own take on a western sniper, here's what I got

Not sure where to post this other than here, but I'm trying to import custom taunts from .dmx files exported straight from Source Filmmaker.
I figured itemtest would let me, but it doesn't, and I've seen videos of people using custom animations with it.
Is it even possible to import animations from .dmx files just like that with no hassle, without going through the tedious and impossible for me decompiling and messing around with .qc/whatever code for the entire player models and doing whatever is necessary to add new taunts?

Why no one make a beard for Scout?
Hey all, I'm wondering if anyone thinks this is worth finishing:
[t]http://puu.sh/9WQIY/cb60d2a78b.png[/t]
I haven't worked on it in a bit, I'm just curious if anyone is fond of the item enough to want a mod release with a few changes {the picture is slightly old}

The pyro emblem looks a bit pixelated. Maybe removing the white edges and making as a 3d model emblem to the hat, other than a texture for it? Not sure how to explain that.
Why no one make a beard for Scout?
He has a young face. Doesn't really look good on the Scout and doesn't match his style. The only item with a mustache for Scout is the Macho Mann, though.

Looks bit to tall, you might want to shorten it a bit. And the hat seems to just taper down onto the Pyro's head as if it was flat, you might want to thicken up the bottom part of the hat.
Yea, I get what your saying. the pixelation is caused by the normal map and the white edge by the fact that it's paintable. I will consider changing the logo to a geo instead of texture.

What's next:
- Categories! (like in steam launcher);
- Autodetecting the type of modification (d-oh, can't find time for this);
- Installing ZIP files (maybe installing manager wit);
- Something that you will tell me, guys!
Maybe you can add some XML/JSON support for a better usage of your mod.
Advantages:
|- When somebody installs this mod through your manager they can decide which Model/Texture/whatever should be replaced. (When given)
|- Better Names in your Modlist
|-- Generally more informations
|- No more need to autodetect the type of modification
|- Autoupdater
|- Optional
A sample file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>

And the archive would be somethink like this:

Please keep in mind that I imagined this as an optional feature.
