are you sure youre using the correct rig?
the models in the source sdk tf resources arent the most recent rig so problems like that are possible

Those orange thumbnails really make your items look like shit, Colteh.
They look amazing in HLMV, you should probably change the thumbnails.

In all seriousness, a piece of toast would probably require facial flexes to be effective and, as far as I know, you cannot have both facial flexes and jigglebones.

Whats the state of mods.tf's copyright system in terms of containing models, textures or sounds from other games? (My claptrap mod for example)
Would those types of mods allowed to be submitted, or is mods.tf intended for actual workshop content only?
