Okay, so with the TFC Spy out of the way I've started on Pyro, Heavy and the Medic, but they're not in a state to be shown yet.
I could use some help with the design of the medic's vest. I cannot make out the details well in either the old models or the comic, specifically around the lower part of the vest. I sketched something up:

But personally I would tweak the colour scheme, perhaps the red to white or the TF2 orange, as well as the class emblems that have colours sampled from the background maybe?
Recovering from rebuilding a computer is so tedious. I just want to finish these items but I running into software I need to re-install.

It looks pretty odd having the main part of the shirt that reddish-pink colour, while the sleeves of the shirt are white.

Yeah. I should also do the same for the emblems when the mouse hover them. Since they are just reskins of "class_sel_sm_{class}_{team}" found in the VGUI folder. I got the images from wiki.tf. In which I later converted them to DXT5 format. The same format as the one the older counterparts use.
Still, I'll make TF2 orange and dark versions of those exclusive only for this menu and similar. Otherwise I'll just replace the darkest portions with TF2 white.

The vest looks a bit brownish to me, and looks a bit out of place, but it gives a bit of character, so it's probably fine.

The problem with most of these taunts is that a class pulls out a a full set of furniture out of nowhere. I know the game is cartoonish, but really put some sense into your concepts.

a lot of valve taunts have them pull stuff from nowhere, and even pop in from the ground. there's no need to sacrifice a good idea just because the props appearing doesn't make sense.

That's part of the appeal of it being a cartoonish game. Plenty of Cartoons do that so I don't see how it doesn't fit here. A lot of people get flak for making something realistic.

Almost every time it's a prop you can hold in your hands, the only exception is the rancho relaxo which comes out of a toolbox. never does a character pull out a set of furniture and set it up in half a second
at least engi in his chair you know he's intellegent in mechanics so it wouldnt be odd if he constructed a compact chair, but heavy pulling a chair out of his ass or setting up a table faster than engi can build his is pushing it

Well I don't have an idea how else the could have and arm wrestling contest unless they use map proms and environment, maybe a normal wrestling? Winner puts looser in a headlock and the loser then taps out (maybe even kills if opponent is on the other team)

You know what sucks? The weapons that had been changed to c_models broke some of the best mods out there (raiding aid for example), and I'm sure the mod creators are not available to fix them.
Just have the chair/table fall from the sky when the taunt starts have have some way to get rid of it once the taunt is over. for example: in the arm wrestle taunt have a table and two chairs fall down and the taunt-starter sits down in one. Once the taunt is over the loser flips the table to their left and the chairs fall over once they get up and just have them disappear.

Cloth isnt vaccuum sealed to a persons body. It doesnt follow the contours, it takes the shortest path. It would go from the backpack mount straight to his side for example.
