Right now it's not unfixable, but yeah - if you tried to flex that, it will explode. My suggestion would be to take a screenshot in the front orthographic view, open it in photoshop and draw a clean mesh as an overlay to give you an idea of how it should flow in order to be more rigging friendly. As it stands, you should stop work on this and work on resolving the topology issue because otherwise you'll hit a dead end when rigging time swings around and you've already UV'd this. One for sharpie, one for polaroid picture, then one for the bullet (which on the Maya rig I'm using is apparently fixed and not hideable) and he'll still need to be holding his gun which makes things a little more cumbersome. I think, though, that this might be an action worthy of another taunt of it's own to be honest.
Suggestion for a Spy taunt: [B]The Safecracker's Stride[/B]. If it's like a regular can with no tab, I'd give him a knife, or maybe his regular shovel. Soldier seems crazy enough to open up the can by stabbing his shovel into it and using his shovel as a spoon for it.

okay I got a small idea for a taunt since the tranq gun anims were found in the love&war update: anyone remember in the first trailer of tf2 how the spy shimmys along a wall and then looks at his gun? no? here's a gif [img]http://cdn.makeagif.com/media/7-14-2014/dL2D0O.gif[/img] maybe import that into a taunt where the spy puts his back up against a wall and looks around the corner then checks his gun out similar (not exactly) to the way it was in that trailer? is that a decent idea? give some insight before voting.

Knowing valve's track record this could be a bug extravaganza to implement.

Excluding things such as multi player animations where each class would need a different animation for interacting with each class. Unless someone wants to animate a shit ton.

It looks like you're putting more tris than you need to into that. Not that thats a bad thing.
