shoots a stream of particles like flamethrowers do and decided to have a go at drawing it crappily.

The reload animation for it wouldn't make much sense, as there's nothing to "Eject" from a watergun.

A lot of water guns use pumping to pressurize the air inside and blast out the water, so that could be the reload animation I guess.

I've never done concept art before and have only seen people draw cosmetics, so you're probably right. I'll try to get in some more detailed drawings soon.

Tried to get a coloured Preview of Scout and my Item and found the UV of the imported Scout and his normal Texture didn't match and this came into being...

use the material for his head, not his body. the head is on the body material but the actual head has a separate material scout_head
