Does anyone have the TFC spy model someone was making to post. I was going to ask if there was any cosmetic mods that would make the Nanobalaclava fit for the spy, when I went to look for what the original was from and the vest looks like the TFC Spy's body. A friend and I are going to get some practice with our hammer skills and flesh out a map at some point this summer [t]http://puu.sh/8Ljm1.png[/t] we drew out a layout for the map and here it is. let me know if naything should be changed or if anything is missing. it's a map available as Koth and CTF similar to Sawmill. it has train tracks on each side and we're thinking of designing it like a train station. there is an upper floor to the capture point area but we havent drawn it out yet.

I've got no idea what it's called, if it comes to mind I'll tell you.

I noticed the maskless spy model breaks some of the hat physics since that update making hats fall into the world. is there any kind of fix for it? Also I noticed that most of the refitted Stylish Spy refit items are removed entirely (at least in DX8.) Was this intentional?
I plan on blocking the map out and releasing an alpha build of the map for you guys among others to playtest if youd like. does that sound reasonable?
Talking about maps, is there any map that uses the alpine style besides that arena_lumberyard (I guess that's the name)? Because that style is really beautiful and totally underused.

Looking at all these things made me realize I'm the worst kind of person. An Ideas Guy. I bring nothing to the table and can't do anything, and what I can do is so poor a kid could do better. Horrible at drawing, horrible at modeling, horrible at anything. Eh, better I find out now I guess, just wish someone told me before I wasted all that money on modeling programs and whatnot.

Put some effort in and learn how to get better. All the advice and stuff you get here means nothing if you don't do anything.

When I started out I kept starting the same 3D buzz tutorial, and then giving up. And then starting again. I think it was the fifth time I actually committed. So, you gotta commit man.

If anything, it worsens your skill because you think you're just terrible. So stop it. You shouldn't expect to become a master at new things right off the bat. They take time and practice. With this comes success. So don't be such a downer, and keep trying.
