Both of them have 14k+ and 15k+ polys with no LoDs

The eye piece tends to clip weirdly though the side of the face no matter what I do, so added a strap on the side to hide it. So, can anyone [I]please[/I] for once give me any suggestions or paint-overs as to how I should design this? I'm not great with making design choices and I really don't know what I'm doing aside from adding edgeloops and cylinders in hopes it looks good.

Just a bit off on the side/front (Holy crap I keep leaving off parts of sentences lately.) view for me. It'll work, no question. But I would prefer it to be smoother.

Especially since it's multiplied 9 times and then even more for all the hats and miscs that might get messed up too.

I seriously don't get this. Ever since I uploaded the sunglasses for Scout, people have been downvoting it without leaving constructive feedback. I seriously don't know anymore...
You could always show more close-ups of the sunglasses, and especially of the paintability.
I don't know much about porting, so sorry if this may seem like a dumb question. Is it possible to decompile sfm hands from the hwm models?

There is not much more you can do with sunglasses before it gets silly. I really don't know why anyone else is down voting it but i can say my reason for not fully backing it is that I really cannot be bothered looking at another pair of generic sunglasses.
