If so don't start from ref pose start from his primary standing pose. Should give you a better idea of how to animate his body as well.

If your going for face-palm, I'd suggest having him smack his face first, then bend the head down more from the neck, and maybe shake it side to side a bit

Also to make it seem like he's annoyed the animation should be a bit faster, unless you were going for a feeling of despair/disappointment.

[/QUOTE] for the vest, id suggest shortening it similar to what they did with the [URL="http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/129462"]female sniper [/URL], though dont leave a midriff, that wouldnt be demo-like maybe some short dreads or a small ponytail out the back of the skullcap? (dont give me any shit about the dreads being a stereotype, tf2 basically operates their class designs on stereotypes) also that thigh gap is a bit extreme. maybe close the hips further together? It was based on images of an RPG book that uses those space opera anime sceneries, so I decided to search some more into that book to find more inspiration to try and make a collection of set concepts for each class. Here I am trying to do something for the Sniper. It's the Imperial Skirmisher set. Any suggestions?.[/QUOTE] Concerning design of Female Demo, I feel it is important to stress that you give her as much armor as stock demo has, any armor that she doesn't have in an area that Demoman does, should be compensated with armor elsewhere. For example, having a shorter collar than stock demo could be compensated with elbow pads, or not having a crotch flap would be compensated with knee pads. I'm certainly not the best at character design or outfit choice, but armor is necessary to complete the Demoman vibe. I would also suggest changing to a different hairstyle separate from Makani's afro design, because it would greatly impact hat compatibility. a possible example of what you could do: [img]http://puu.sh/43HHf[/img]

Your best bet would probably be to have a ponytail hair style, and just model holes in each of the whole-head hats to have the ponytail come out of. I've always had a rough idea of having fem-demo carry her grenades on her belt, giving a more thick, yet not horribly bulky look: [img]http://puu.sh/8UtEn.jpg[/img] again i'm not really all that good at character or outfit design, so these are just my opinions.

But the ponytail, not really. I wasn't going to model the hair as big as the concept suggested.
