The custom weapon models are included in the playermodel as bodygroups, which switches depending on what actual weapon slot you have active. Also, taunts! All this tfc stuff has gotten me into a having fun mood. what do i do when im having fun? i model! =D i don't expect this to be taken seriously but i wondered what it would be like if valve made a tfc promotion. Most of the badges in the game are in pretty pristine quality, but if you want to show wear I'd give it a texture similar to the Proof of Purchase.

I always thought it was funny when people debated whether or not it was a guy, girl, or monkey underneath that mask. Personally I think there's nothing - just hot air. That would be a great Halloween mask.

Also maybe have him as tall as engie, anything shorter than engie is arguably silly short.
