Started working on this again. I've modified the vest color to make it look closer to the original MM, replaced the Blood Banker's collar with the default collar, and added jigglebones.

Man, this makes me wish valve would add an actual escort to TF2. I understand that payload is basically the old escort evolved, but it would sure be fun to play as the civi, being scared out of your mind and hoping to gods your team isn't stupid.

I think that plate would look better if you redirect the shoulder straps under the armpit like the concept, so there's none touching the torso plate. Maybe cover the vertical straps on his front with a wider plate. The concept just looked much better in regards to the chest.

It's based on Odin, who has always one eye closed (or using an eyepatch), so I think it's a really cool idea to make the helmet like that.

You sure it's changing with the camera, and not parented to another bone that's visible when taunting?

I don't think so. The only bone it has in the skin modifier is bip_head.
EDIT: figured it out. its the lod. was rotated differently from the regular model.

I started a bad vendor bag a long time ago It's something I've wanted to revisit for a while. Maybe this summer I'll do this.

Odin actually sacrificed one of his eyes to a well in return for infinite wisdom. He was a cyclops, just like Tavish.
Imo I think the eyeguard/broken left side gimmick should go, but if the creators want it, then go nuts.
