This might be dumb to ask this, but is it too controversial if somebody made a Bear Jew set from Inglorious Basterds for Scout?
He's perfect for a Scout reference since the character in the movie is actually from Boston and I'm sure it's been brought up before.

as far as i remember you can just add a gamestartup#.mp3 and the game will play it along, without the need to replace an existing one.
unless it has changed since the steampipe update.
Is there a line I need for the handle? I decompiled the model several times and there is no reference to the joint_lever line in the QC, resulting in the lever not moving with the viewmodel. Ideas?

I went through the same thing back in July 2012, though it wasn't for Workshop-related things. It was because my name on Steam was "•••••••••com/FuckMaxOfS2D". One of Max's Valve friends saw my name was that and Community banned me for a year.
A tad unfair, but I brought it on myself. I was a bit of a prick then. :(
EDIT: Even funnier, this twat who used to frequent my server named "MisterMarmatote" changed his Steam name to something along the lines of "404 Molests Children", so I screencapped it and reported him to Steam Support and nothing ever happened to him.

Well if anyone wants to ever make one of my concepts its not like they have to follow the pictures exactly. To me the pictures are more of an idea to assist the 3D artist.
This would be more of a chrome extension then a mod but would it be possible to make some sort of steam extension if you are in tf2 and it is minimized, it does a little message when there is a notification ingame such as a new ring or a item drop?

You could uncheck this in the Audio settings tab. You'll hear the game even if it's in the background minimized or alt-tabbed out.

why not just, you know, fix the concept instead of backpedaling your way out of it? thats the whole point of feedback after all. not to mention the whole point of a concept is not just to throw a wild guess at someone's interest. as you said, its a visual reference of (in this case) an item so the 3D artist doesnt have to make a wild guess.
