Might be a bit too far, seeing as the jarate effect is associated with yellow, and a festive jarate item exists already. Additionally, the mad milk has white drops, and turning them brown would just confuse newer players.
Im back with some updates to the Odin demo set(needs a better name), I added some rudimentary shoes which i might finish or remove.
I also scipped the shield, but Im having a little trouble with the armor so I want to try a vote:

Is there such a thing as as client-side mod that will allow me to replace the Shred Alert's sound with a random one from a list (so I have 20 or so .wav's of various guitar riffs)? I used to know how to make it work client-side, but this was before steampipe, plus I haven't played in over a year.
So if someone could give me a script that would let me do that, and/or remind me what folders they need to go in, It'd be much appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong thread to put this in.

where can i find a decent guide on making eyes and such? I sort of just made this by hexxing on the snipers mouth but if i'm going to improve it i'll probably need to get some help on flexxing from scratch and stuff
(the mouth has snipers flexes, but only on the mouth, not eyes/nose. also still notable lines between actual head and hexxed sniper jaw)

Actually you can. I don't remember what file exactly (I think game_sounds.txt), over there, you can add much files do you want. However, you'll need to update every time an update comes in (an update that edits that file).

I still have no idea what the fuck is going on with the lighting. Turned off all mods, both phong 1 and phong 0, and I'm lost as hell. So far this and the Rescue Ranger are the only mods I've made that do this, no idea why. They work perfectly fine in load-out and that little model viewer at the bottom.

Your root seems to be calculated incorrectly, mess with $illumposition and see if that fixes it.

Ok so I created a VPK for the shred sounds (it's a collection of guitar riffs). Now it works as intended when I create a match (itemtest or whatever), but doesn't work when playing on a server. Any idea why?

No idea. I know someone else on my friend list that made a mod (put portal gun on the scout scatter), and the portal gun animations only worked on offline, and not online.
