I reckon the projectile would look nicer if it was like a stick of dynamite with the arrow through it instead of crudely taped on, seems it wouldn't sit right in the barrel or fly even remotely straight with it sitting like it does now. Maybe even drop the dynamite entirely in favor of a bag of gunpowder at the tip instead of the arrow tip? Might as well make it look like a proper bolt if it's gonna be a new projectile instead of the arrow looking design it has now, like a shorter thicker deign, would probably work better with the animations too idk, i've been thinking about designing a crossbow nade launcher myself but since this is already being made i figured i'd suggest some designs i was gonna go for I might still design my own take, its usually easier to work from scratch than to mess with other people's designs

That or no Iron sight at all since Demo doesn't aim his Primary. As for the projectile, I would suggest the dynamite built into the arrow for a medieval look or the bolt with the Explosive head for a more 1960's modern look. Medieval look could also have part of the barrel at the end curled backwards and damaged like the end exploded to give it the worn-down look to it if you want. Just my suggestion

But the sight will be staying for the sake of consistency of all the grenade launchers having one, as well as the fact the first person would be rather boring if there wasn't anything there. [/QUOTE] two things that could cause this, (least in my expierience) one is there a definebones.qci in your main qc, if its this, then add the jigglebones to this qci and set their values to 0 and add $bonemerge to the bones in your main qc i doubt its two cause you said you rigged it, but make sure two are the verts rigged to the jigglebones in question if its this, then just rig them to the bones and itll work
