Hey, does anyone know how to go about making clothing wrinkle normal maps for existing low poly models? I'm not a good sculptor nor do I have the access to any decent sculpting software. Would I have to paint my own?

A good method of doing it is to convert a black and white map into a normal map.
Get the texture you want and go over every highlight with a shade of white, and every crease with a shade of black. The darker/lighter = the deeper/higher the crease will be. When you're done, paint the whole area with 155% grey underneath your blacks and whites, then convert the area to a normal map using a filter. No sculpting needed.
That's how I do it, anyway.

yea you're gonna have to paint the creases on him, sometimes i find it easier than sculpting to be honest :p

Pretty well. NassimO's drawn up a pretty sexy design and I've been looking into what will be needed. So far it's looking pretty viable. I've started drawing up some database designs. I'll be more permanently free in about 3 week, so I'll be working on it fully, then.

If by main qc you mean the rest of the qc file for the item then there's no definebones.qci in it. And I've tried rigging them only to the jigglebones, like I've done before, and the default skeleton bones as well as the jiggle bones. Neither works.
