Hmm... My goal with pyro was to create something funky with his, because he's a goofy character. Thus wrapping the tie around his nozzle just seemed somewhat natural to his character. I may change it, but I want to maintain the idea behind it, so hit me with your suggestions!

aren't only TWO glasses are askewed being the Summer shades and the Graybanns while the others are fitted as it should?
Then again...we really do need less "lol Random" pyro stuff, I can accept stuff that pyro is wearing because everyone else wears it but he isn't doing it quite right.

99 problems and my vision ain't one.
I really like sensible hats for pyro, last silly and random hat I got was the sole mate and that's pretty hard to match with anything.

The Professor Speks were made to fit and they look just fine though; that's why I don't like that line of thinking.

While I'm entertained by the idea of having a tie-stache for Pyro; I would have to also agree with Neo and offer my suggestion / argument for a relaxed tie in the name of compatibility with potential head replacement misc items. Without a nose nozzel, where would the lip wig land? A graduating Pyro offers plenty of comedic value on its own. ;)

While the model is good, in and of itself, I feel like it isn't quite TF2's style. I think it needs more exaggerated proportions and maybe even less details in some areas.
Did more work on my Leon Kennedy parody set. Considering I suck with clothes, I'm actually kind of happy with it. Except for the font, anyone have any better suggestions to use?

you might want to buff his torso a bit so it actually looks like he's using a vest. as far as i remember, those are some weird kind of detachable armor plates that go strapped on top of the (thick) jumpsuit he uses, and underneath it he wears regular clothes.
I also strongly reccomend getting rid of the text. not only because you'll avoid the eventual workshop goon claiming it to be a ripoff blah bla blah, but also because it really is unnecesary and looks out of place. the reference works best if someone gets it, not if you tell them what it is suposed to be.
