I remembered that you could move an edge along another edge on Blender, but I forgot how. Like, if you have a cylinder, you can easly make it shorter or longer by selecting all the edges on one of the round faces, and then pulling up or down. Anyone knows how? Last time I used Blender was like in February, so I forgot some commands.

Is the size of an unwrap dependent of the model size? I just unwrap a small fang, and the unwrap is as big as a horn unwrap, but the horn is 20 times as big. I don't even need that much detail, the fang is just a teeth, I only need to paint it white.

If the'yre on the same UV you're meant to resize all the elements relative to each other/how much fine detail they need. If they're seperate textures, use a different resolution. For cosmetics, I think 32x32 is the smallest you can have, and 512x512 is the biggest.
Would it be possible to make a karambit knife fit Spy's knife animations? Probably not eh
