Will there be a mod release?
Later today
That textured-on messy sewing job on the arms would look better modeled-on, if not scrapped altogether. Seems to match nothing else on the suit, like if Spy had a new designer tux with a polka-dot patch sewed on the back. It's fantastic otherwise, very good job.
Same would go for the little curls on his pocket, and perhaps slightly simplify the skull logo (the cracks in the bone etc will just get lost on the ingame texture quality) Looks great though, blows the tailcoat I made months back away
my friend said pirate themes were stupid so i asked him to describe a demolitions misc that hasnt been done he responded with this, i drew it out for him [t]http://puu.sh/9kzhE/87fbe7f0a4.png[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/9kzoq/3ba0251535.png[/t]
Could actually work. Surprising, I know.
It's getting harder to find time to work on this right now. Got the pig UV'd and I'm playing with base colors right now. The mohawk and glasses will probably be paintable, might make the bandanna on the leg paintable too. Since I'm having trouble finding time to work on this I'll probably put out feelers and see if someone wants to handle texturing. The torso is also going to need rigging as well. Once again open to suggestions. God, all that team coloring is delicious Lately with my poor vision and the rise of nonspecific cosmetics, I've been having a tougher time determining what team an enemy Heavy is on, so it's really nice to see that
I'm still new to the whole modeling thing and i need to practice, has anyone got any ideas sitting around i could use so i can improve? Most of my ideas are similar to already made items or on the verge of copyright.
Did someone just say "unclaimed concepts"?
I've been using pistol lately but somehow it never felt right for me since there is no shell ejection and animation on it, I tried to search for a fix but apparently there's only for SFM. Using the gif of SFM made by R234 as example: [t]http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/451782616493023702/5BD11882444E3F64666DDAA7386ECAC7E30FCBE5/637x358.resizedimage[/t] http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=207340513 Personally I'm no modeler, animator... Keep up the good work.
how did you make the projection parts fade out towards the end.
It can be done with $additive and using color gradients. With additive, completely black is completely transparent and completely white is (should be) completely opaque.
you mean like this?
That looks more like it, any chance for you to provide a .gif or a video(one of them that suits you better really) showing the animation just to get the idea? Screenshots doesn't seem to do it's justice.

Hey guys, I have a glitch while in 3Ds Max. Whenever I pull on the axis-bars while re sizing a poly in 3Ds Max it just pancakes the poly to whatever axis is adjusted. I also cannot re-size the poly all together to shrink or grow the poly all on one.
does anybody know which levels of LOD models are used for the importer's lod1 and lod2?
The same ones. lod1_*class*_morphs_low.dmx and lod2_*class*_morphs_low.dmx or $lod 11 and $lod 22 for distance.
