To the guy working on the scout with a spy suit, I thought you should know that there's one similar to your idea from the now defunct "Uptown" project. Not to mention rigging is not my best skill as of the moment so to re-rig that model would be a nightmare to me. As shown in the video, the serverside hitboxes are different from what you see on the client. But yeah, trying to enable the hitboxes to show outside of your own server with sv_cheats on would probably just get you a VAC ban.
