The demoman one isn't that bad. I'm not saying I don't like the songs, but I don't like the bits they added in (that weren't in the trailer). It doesn't seem to fit that well...
I think they're pretty good, still like the originals best, however.

These are the versions used in the videos. They sound different because there isn't background noise of any sort, like an alarm, the soldier bumbling around, or the announcer yelling at the team.
If they used the exact cuts from the recordings, it would be incredibly short. Intruder alert would be nineteen seconds long (I counted it myself).

I personally like Intruder Alert much better than the Dunken Pipe bomb. It sounds much more late 60s-ish.
