Scouts have lowest priority on teleporters, sure, but it's not uncommon to have multiple teleporters or have no one at spawn besides a Scout
besides, it's what, 3 seconds to recharge when it's level 3?

If the only way to learn from those videos is by reading, you're better off just reading a guide.
The videos are funny, yes, but only because we already know this stuff. For a new player the videos are going to be either confusing, patronising or a mixture of the two.
thats why you(the onw knowing) show it to someone new as a way to ilustrate a point related to gameplay issues.
its not a tutorial, its a reference about bad behavoir and common issues regarding specific yet usual situations whitin a match of any kind. one should be aware though, that if that new player is unable to have the basic common sense to grasp the point then these videos nor your explanation is going to do anything at all.
the latest scout video and the sniper stacking one should be a staple into any introduction about tf2 ever. they're easily the very first issues most players end with.
