I know. I forgot how bad it was. If I'd remembered it was that... Whatever you'd use to explain what it is, then I'd've just spawned a weapon in and shot the spy model or something.

you got a pretty good base down, the #1 thing i'd personally recommend you try to learn next is the art of pausing (and timing to a certain extent)
your anims feel floaty because the characters are always moving, they need to kinda "stop" instead of sloooowly transitioning to the next pose all the time.
you've come a long way fast :)
