You know, I always thought about the idea of taking current tf2 models and working with them to make completely new models.
Or making new models in TF2-esque fashion.

Why hasn't there been a fanmade WAR! Mode yet where the only playable classes are Soldiers and Demomen with 1 Medic on each team?
Then the WAR! Announcer lines and the kill counters will get some much needed use

Excellent choice in music, but I'm pretty sure the Saxxy Awards explicitly forbid using copyrighted content without permission.
Otherwise, the punch doesn't really have much heft to it, it's moving kind of slow and doesn't really have that sudden stop to it.
The farmer looks kinda off, like a Frankenstein with stitched together parts; his eyelids seem weirdly colored, his mouth looks like the Heavy's while his upper head is like the Scout's, his jaw doesn't seem to blend into his neck and there's some weird shadowing around the neck, his upper part of the head seems short while his lower head seems too long.
The farmer doesn't look too angry either: when you get angry, your mouth pushes the muscles near the cheekbone upwards, the skin above the eyes wrinkles along with the forehead, the skin below the eyes creases, and the eyebrows don't go so high up near the edges.
I know TF2 plays around with proportion to achieve that cartoony look but his features seem to give off an uncanny valley feeling (maybe his ears are too high up? Look at the Medic for reference).
Also, the bartender clearly looks like Soldier with his cheeks sucked in, you might want to mess around with him some more.
Otherwise, the plot seems thin. Farmer sees Soldier, remembers Soldier blew up his truck, punches him, then gets shot. Maybe play around with the pre-hit, make it look like he strikes up casual conversation then sucker punches him or something, or maybe the Soldier gives a pained smile before he gets punched. Maybe make the post shot seem like the farmer is dead, but instead he shoots something else, like a Spy about to stab him, then pan to a "no spies allowed" sign? Obviously that's a boring suggestion but right now the film is lacking in any real interesting action or comedy.
It's got potential, though, and I know it's just an animatic and not polished yet. I hope you don't take the criticism as being too harsh, but you've got stiff competition to go up against.

The disturbing tone came in doses in Meet the Pyro though.
"Reality" was the disturbing part of Meet the Pyro while Pyrovision was played more for laughs.
Max's video kept creepy and disturbing consistent in both iterations.
Side note: I like that you chose the Medic in the shed as your example for "disturbing" as that is still what I consider the most cringe-inducing moment of the Meet the Team series. Terrifying stuff, that.

Yes, and probably have zero chance at winning. I found out one guy pretty muched copied an old Gmod video for a saxxy, and all non-TF2 saxxy stuff weren't popular.
