Really? I'd say he gets a fair amount of screentime. He's pretty much the go-to choice for relatable/average/down-to-earth type roles, as well as anything that has to do with buildings.

drama in the tf2 universe could work really well, but its usually just valve who manages that well cos they keep it at a minimum, for example that brief second in meet the medic when medic and heavy go out to the battlefield, or the beginning of the newest mvm short etc etc.
Oh and meet the pyro, altho most ppl dont take the ''dramatic shots'' seriously cos of all the rainbows n shit

I guess that the whole idea of a team barely struggling together to get by and then making it can definitely be pretty appealing.
Frankly TF2 has one hell of a drama potential, and who wouldn't want to see how the classes interacted with each other on a deeper level?
