Yeah, but at the same time the Quick-Fix's rapid healing, especially when Healing Mastery is upgraded, gets revives in under a second without needing to burn through ubercharge unless you really want to. And when you do, it overheals yourself (which scales with the Overheal mastery you have) as well.
Speaking as someone who's played a fair amount with all 4 options, Medigun and Vaccinator just feel obsoleted by ubercharge canteens, projectile shield, and Quick-Fix. They definitely shine in early waves when people can't typically afford resistances or you can't sink a ton of money into healing mastery, but later in the mission they start to fall behind where the other 2 options would be at in terms of usefulness.
Either way good luck using anything but the Kritzkrieg without being votekicked.
