If you count rubber ducks as birds, remove Soldier and Engy from that list.

There needs to be an all animal team replacement for everyone. I'd say pyro as canary, medic as dove, sniper as owl, heavy as some russian bear, solly as a bulldog/mastiff, demo as the parrot, engi as an american shorthair cat, spy as a weasel, and the scout as a greyhound (but I think it'd be fucking hilarious if he was a dachshund (weener dog)). It just might be the exhaustion talking, but I think it'd make an amusing mod.

Oh, and to replace the animal miscs, you have the small versions of the human TF2 guys. Human engi in the kittie-neer's pocket, sniper with a small sniper rifle on the owls shoulder, stuff like that.
