it happens with every new model relased. happened withthe manpyro when it was relased as well.

Loaded them up plus the 2014 enhanced version, lined them up pretty well, and the results are looking similar across the board. . . or map so to say. Might have been how the camera's proportions and props are to the model and that we are not used to demoman wearing a suit.
His crotch in the suit is (slightly) higher than the normal model, that's why he looks shorter

Lined them up again, moved the regular's crotch flap up and the results are that the suit crotch is just slightly bit lower then his regular counterpart. Funny considering the regular's "loose-fitting" Long Johns, and I have my doubts that this doesn't affect the illusion of height. [I]I'll be here all week, tip your waiters.[/I]
On a side-note: this makes me want to do posters tomorrow, so that's a plus.

There's a lots of problems with it, wich will be ironed out in the new V3 version.
For this summer break I'll be working on it. (It will come with less broken rigging and more smoothing groups, unlike the v2 :v:)
I was also planning to do a more compatible TF2 version as well.

to be fair, i watched it for the sake of not being biased about who made it.
besides the clipping, the poor animation and coreography(considering that its something being developed since 2013), and the fact she forced a nazi theme into Scar's song from The Lion King.
yeah, its another subpar short that is mostly going to get praised just because because most of the YT community has a really low standard.

If the animation didn't look so damn awkward I might've liked this.
It doesn't help that Be Prepared is not the best villain song, because it sounds too fucking goofy.
And apparantly yeah Disney did take that scene of the Goosetepping Hyena's from the Nazi Propoganda movie "Triumph of Will".
Which I suppose is why this is very Nazi.
I think it is fine, Better then the piece of shit Saxxy Entry. I swear you guys are being Biased with it and rating it dumb because of what preceded it. I think that while it is outside the TF2 Zone, It kept with it better then 'Fragile Dream' and just needs some fine tuning.
Don't care if it was focused on a Nazi theme, I don't care who made it, I don't care that it has clipping and bad choreography and lip syncing; Those did not bother me when I watched it. I enjoyed it, I think it is subpar and not the best, But it isn't worthy of all those dumbs.
