i'm going to be honest with you: take the song, the existing coreography and even the already defined shots and what you get? her lack of interest on following that already performed coreography, or the theme of the song and its original context and simply a forcefully nazi theme wich really doesnt even make sense when you hear nazis talking about killing a king. if it wasn't her replicating an already existing video, i asure you we'd have another of his saxxy "so surreal because it says so" senseless stuff. hell, the original song isnt about an incoming dictatorship about to overthrown an established monarchy, its an ode to Scar's fabulous charisma and everlasting vanity as a future leader. the reason why the original features a scene wich mimics a military parade is because it reinforces scar as that vile force that competes in secrecy for power while mufasa rules by his own right. you know, like your classic disney movie villian.
hell, the original theme has a more tribal-ish vibe and stuff rather than a full forced militar march.
i am not saying that replicating already made videos over SFM is a bad thing. is it bad when they rely purely on what they are based on and not on the own creator's skill to use said source as an element of the video and not only as "the" reason to watch it. namely:

tl;dr: its worth of all those dumbs and probably way more, but you'll only see them here, let it be bias or not. its probably the only place where it will be criticized for being a poorly executed piece.

Of course some videos MIGHT be ugly but they need to be tread with respect (even a bit). At the end, someone spend time and effort on finishing those videos.

What bugs me the most about the video is those straps on the sleeve that attach on the gloves.

ALL content, every creative endeavor in human history can be improved and it is blind sided brazen arrogance to think that there's no room for improvement in anything you do. Refusing to accept critique is nothing but pernicious and that is all there is to say.

Personally? I think the lighting was superb. she was following the theme and did so mostly dedicatedly.
There's the Pros. the cons? unoriginal nazi theme as everyone else said, adds nothing to the video. if you're just remaking a video in 3D you may aswell go back and watch the 2D. I use SFM, so i at least know enough to see the effort and time she put into it. she just focused too much on making it shot-forshot and just adding nazi clothes. She's waaaay above me in animating like every other animator is to me. doesn't change the fact how dull and disinteresting the effort was.
the lighting was good and i enjoyed the set design and camera work but the whole nazi theme just made me really uncomfortable.. i'm seeing more "the nazi thing is played out!" then "the nazi thing is kind of fucked up to project on something as lighthearted as tf2 or even the lion king"

Well that's just not true in any sense.
Ignoring the fact that the likelihood of the creator actually reading the thread is negligible, I really don't think anyone here was trying to help anyone improve and were instead just stating their opinions on the video (which is fine, it's half the point of the thread). Even then criticism is only really of use if it is constructive. Somebody saying "I don't like it" or "It sucks" is certainly criticism but it is of no use to a content creator because all it tells them is that that particular person didn't like it without any suggestion as to why. Similarly a lot of people don't like being abused, so in all truth being impolite in your criticism is only going to make the creator less likely to listen to you. And even then the idea that people [I]need[/I] criticism to improve is incorrect. It can certainly help but people aren't totally helpless without it.
I reiterate, feel free to express how much you dislike the video in as many or as few words as you feel appropriate, but lets not delude ourselves into believing we are conducting a service in doing so.
It was just a mediocre video that, for whatever reason, people are treating as particularly noteworthy.
