Really no easy way to it. It's best to use the ordinary playermodel engineer than the hmw one because it uses the same flexes.
I wonder if you can copy the facial animations of the playermodel engie in the motion editor, and paste them on the chin, seeing how they are both practically the same flexes.

You have to flex the Chin like you did with engie's face. I'm not sure if there's a way to somehow link both so you only have to do it once tho.

it really does not imply quickmotion, but rather that the grenade launcher is made of rubber. the character's motion and the frame speed will do that nicely.
