I always had this idea about making a Team Fortress 2 SFM video with the mercenaries addressing their collegues in the Arkham series game overs style, using their lines spliced together or something
For instance, a Spy walking in and saying to Pyro something on the line of "You look like death warmed over, you mumbling abomination!" and then walking away
Since I don't know anything about SFM, this will remain just an idea

Most of the classes looks like you had no effort posing them whatsoever.Try to pose the legs/arms/torso/head more.Not just the arms.I know its a WIP pic but you know,most of them looks creepy to me.Especially those scouts and that BLU Soldier (one that's jumping to the RED Scout).

I recommend working on just a few characters for now, such as 1 or 2.
You really need to practice posing, give the scene more life. Another thing you could work on is you FOV (Field of View), and the camera positioning.
