I'd like to touch it up for a proper model release, but there's stuff that needs doing to it, like texturing the interior (which is blank).

You probably should have took it at an angle instead of straight in front of him.

Everything in the photo was requested by the guy who asked me for a poster. So, changing the angle, he didn't want. Scenery touching up, would have been done in photoshop, but he just wanted the original. I will touch it up now, but save it as a different copy.

I've got a few things. his body should be weighted more, slouched toward the left. his hand should be in a fist or at least pointed down, to show there's some pressure on it.
There's also lots of empty room. to the right and left sides, there's just background. consider moving the camera up and down. generally posters look better with rule of thirds but if he wants the character in the middle, maybe have some buildings or background objects in there to fill space, such as signs or metal or something.
it's not a bad poster mind you
