They don't seem to mirror any specific Avatar characters, though some are clearly inspired by them. Btw, there's no demoman in those pictures, that's a metalbender engie.

Pyro is more using a modified Fire Soldier helmet from The Last Airbender cartoon. Sniper, Demo and Spy are non-benders (But if you really know your stupid Avatar facts, you do know that they did make a cartoon where kids could submit their OC's and two of them was 'Cookie-Bending and Shadow-Bending' So.... Who knows) Engie is a Metal Bender Soldier Fire Bender Scout is an Air Bender Heavy is Earth, Medic is Water Yada-Yada Check his page
