I don't think its much of something to laugh at as it is just to watch to see how surreal it gets.
Its like watching the dreams you wish you had. Plus every once in a while either some bit or small joke gets me to chuckle.

It's surreal, not random. The difference being that there's an actual story going on, and it has actual funny moments (when you throw a nokia 3310 at someone and it breaks, you know shit got real).

Also the speech-mixing and use of TF2 in-game animations was splendid.
Also also those fight scenes were fucking awesome, maybe a bit too fast-paced at some parts but otherwise perfect.
