One thing I always noticed about most fan made face flexes is the lack of wrinkle effects. (Like when the scout smiles his face wrinkles up a bit to show stretching , idk what it's actually called)
that feature is hwm only, its not possible to implement into regular facial flexles

If your options have the "Really High" on the player models part, they become HWM.

That was all around nice. A tip is to lock the root for the key with the hand so they move togheter, rather than floating around in different directions.
