I've seen multiple rather well made nude models, some of which have custom clothing and such. So don't be disappointed, there was one within like a week of the original model being released.

I don't recall LGP advising them not to, i think they told LGP that it's one of the reasons they didn't.
as far as i remember the SFM team didn't wanted SFM to be relased to the public because they didn't wanted and/or were afraid people ended making porn with it.
