I dunno, it look really unfitting with the moustache. And it fucked up the facial animations a bit. Trust me I tried, I wanted the hair but it just looked really odd.

I know absolutely nothing about Tenacious D, but I took the liberty of removing the facial hair from the Carl Hair for you:

Bit of a late reply, that's one of two femscout crit death screams. Plays when she gets backstabbed or headshot.
Kinda like if you compare scout dying from afterburn or a single pistol bullet: "Urngh!"
And Scout dying by getting axtinguished or a generic ubersaw crit: "[I][B]Aaaaghhaaaaaaaaaggggaaahhh...![/B][/I]"
Dusty Roses' however put a lot of power into those ones though. That one is a pained scream, the other one is more of a shriek. Serious, I went into an achievement server and the admin put everyone on Blu and stripped them of weapons for laughs and went heavy with full crits and punched everyone to death, femscout was louder than 10 soldiers getting headshot by the one Machina.

This guy's stuff is great but I have a bone to pick with that lipsync. It's always really off-putting for me. I think he seems more than capable of making it look better, which is a shame.
