Okay, so I imported the *NEW* hats into SFM and they are there, but they are not. What do I do now?

I imported the tf2_misc_dir and the model doesn't show up. :(

Some are invisible in the viewer but they show up when you spawn them.

I'm pretty sure you need to import tf2_textures_dir too. They aren't visible because they are missing the corresponding textures.

Everyone is over-reacting to this. It really only counters Flaregun/Axtinguisher pyros, just use the shotgun, your axe or even just flame them directly.
Pyros will always hold a HUGE advantage over Demoknights- they can airblast them away AND reflect their pipes.

You can still be Demoknight with just Targe n' Lander, and use Grenade Launcher as well. You don't have to use the Bootlegger or the Booties to be a Demoknight.

The fact that the Pyro's arms are angled more straight down than outward like the Spy's are doesn't make it any better.
