Not TRYING to bitch, but you should make the edges a little thicker, just so it doesn't look so frail, those things are supposed to stop everything.
Someone needs to make a katana Sean Connery uses in Highlander for the sword.
I sure hope the demoman doesn't stab with it for the taunt, or my axe is gonna look pretty silly. At least it has a spike on the end though :D

updated slightly, it looks much nicer in game because it's really shiny (envmaps suck in model viewer)

I know what I shall do tomorrow at school, I'll see if its okay with the hylian sheild maker, [razorback], to see if I can include that also when the models are released. If anyone wants to uv map the sword, when its done. I'll pm you the files.
But swords are one of the easiest things to unwrap ever!
