You may be able to using body groups..
Although it would require a sourcemod plugin to hook to number of heads and then change the body groups.
Would be brilliant though.
I mean the eye glow is clearly related to the number of heads so you may be able to do it.
I wonder if Valve will put in more hats if they do a Christmas update.
