It is my firm belief that all hats should be able to replace the Ghastly Gibus. Since everyone has this hat, everyone will be able to use the great hats you guys make (without having to find the in-game hat).

The rigs will be for all the engis hat. Level1 is for gibbus, level 3 for bills hat, level 2 for engi cap, level 4 for the fedora, level 5 for the mining hat, and maybe the military suit for any of his hats.
