I am learning photoshop, modelviewer, and faceposer, all while studying for my exams.
It'll be done, maybe not on time, but I'm determined to do it.

Oh btw in the OP, the level 3sentry hat along link goes to a file named LVL2Sentry_Hat which i have checked and is the second hat not the third.
And the level 3 sentry folder in the 3 pack only has a replacement for the mining helmet, do you have it as a replacement for anything else like the other levels?

And they said you can submit as many times as you want.

So I'm having some issues with my first full hat I'm working on so I'll try my best to list them.
1)I'm modelling it for the Scout but I plan on having it replace the Baker Boy so his original hat won't be there, however the base model has the headphones and mic on so I can't place the hat properly.
2)I'm looking for a way to add an even amount of vertices on to a cone primitive so I can make finer adjustments to it's edges.
If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it.

The base model shouldnt have his headphones on. If it does, click element(or the cube) under the editable mesh, and when you select the headphones it should make it easier to delete them off.

1) The base model shouldn't have a hat or headphones. If you're talking about a decompiled model then what program are you using? If you're talking about the model viewer, just go to the model tab and remove the hat submodel.
2) You could use NURMS on just the edges, though that may not be what you want. Just highlight the verts, add a meshsmooth modifier and check off "Apply to Whole Mesh." I'm not sure how to evenly add individual vertices.
