No I said in my post it didn't effect the lens part only extreme facial anims (slider all the way to the right) caused clipping at the top part of the helmet.
Anyway it's fixed now.

Couldn't you just simply select by element for the earphones and hat and copy them? So that way they're just part of the hat.

It doesn't matter if it's made to replace the batter's helmet, all the hats don't fit around there own point they simply fit around the location of the bip_head bone on the scout. So the way the game works out where the hat is positioned on the scout is where it is in comparison to the bip_head.
The bip_head is in the same location all the time with every hat, the only difference is where the hat is in comparison to the bip_head.

Is this gonna be a needle gun replacement? The model itself looks good, however it looks very busy. I think removing that backwards drum magazine and adding some sort of gripping area would make it look a lot better.
I think you mean cluttered but yeah parts of it are. I think you should remove some of the details on the barrel of the gun and that ridge on the large cylinder in the middle. JoshuaC there's already a handle so I don't know what you mean by gripping area.

Yup, it's for the needle gun. I don't want to remove the drum though. The nails need to come from somewhere, right?

Maybe you could make it something like the bizon SMG where the magazine is basically the front grip. As of right now, that drum looks really out of place.

I think it should be a strap-on mask so you can still distinguish some of the Medic's face and the back of his head. Plus, it'd be more to the style of TF2. Granted, you could still add the hat, just make it so you can see some of the Medic.

It's already been done in an ugly way. I like the concept and I'd like it if he made it better than the existing mask.
That's really awesome for a first model hell I couldn't do anything near as good when I started. But what Galago suggested is probably the best thing to do, make it some sort of strap-on-mask rather than something that fully covers the face and head area.

Personally I think it should fill both primary and melee slots, with secondary doing a melee jab and primary shooting. It'd effectively be a syringe gun with a bayonet...
