A bunch of people have complained that the fact that the Engineer cut off his arm/had a stub for an arm the whole time makes them sad.

Maybe someone should make the gunslinger go over his hand to appease them.

People here (other than sparkwire) like to post stuff that runs with the current TF2 theme. Anime shows (programs, soap operas, cartoons with plot) whatever you want to call them, do not fit with TF2's theme, and people are harsh about suggestions. If you would like to learn to model, and model the gunslinger replacement you suggested, many people here can help you. But most do not like suggestions that have not been truly thought about, an example would be the derringer, which would be very cool for the spy and fits his overall theme.
