However I don't want to model a COMPLETE model only for the decompilers/milkshape/compilers and the model not to work. Ive done that too many times.

Is it possible to do the animations IN milkshape or do I need to learn 3ds Max to do that part.

Yuh I purposely went for a helmet like look, I felt the one in TFC looked far to blocky and the bowl-look doesn't seem right. I mean there's a lot on there the orignal didn't have.

Post regarding Franken Hud. I've never really used the scoreboard file that's used with it, but does it show all 32 players like this? [url]http://www.fpsbanana.com/guis/20309[/url] I just want to make sure because I just noticed it's slightly different than the usual scoreboard.
Is SMD the best format to send the animations to Valve with? The contribution page doesn't really touch on how to send animations.

I'm not entirely sure if anyone has brought it up, or has even noticed it. But Shugo, I think you gotta make new uber textures for the Engineer now because of the right hand. I know how to create them like you did, it's just it won't fit with all the other textures because I don't know the color you used for the overlay.
