I am honored Dr Scrake for you using my hat in the picture ^^. Anyway I've got some content to post but I don't like posting on the last post of the page, so get this moving people :P.

Are you replacing the correct model? Make sure all your directories are correct.

I just found out they added dement's reflected flaming arrow headshot in the kill-icon sheet is it actually used?
How does the helmet look on the medic without the mask?

I usually create the bones myself for my weapons rather than decompiling an existing model. Also the smd importer for blender is shit. Try looking into the .qc to see if there's any bad file paths.
It'd be cool if someone could do an M60 skin for the minigun. My friend got a total stiffy when he thought of that, but he doesn't know how to do that kind of stuff.

Guys, I'm trying to compile something for a friend since he's a lazy pig, but I can't get GUI Studio Model to work. Studiomdl.exe crashes after I hit compile and it writes "Created command line: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\..." and then nothing else happens. Any help? :confused:

Ok all, I'm now really interested in trying to model for TF2. Anyone here whose know any good step by step tutorials for modeling in 3DS Max? Preferably with lots of pictures.
